This company is horrendous! They took my deposit and when I needed to cancel, they conveniently ignored my calls, emails and refused to return them so that they could keep my deposit. I filed a claim with my bank 4 times and it got denied because they kept lying to my bank saying I didn't contact them within the correct amount of time for a refund. I am a disabled veteran and this was a HUGE amount of money for me that I can't get back because I am unemployed. These people absolutely suck and are unethical!! Do NOT use them.

I was stressing regarding our move from Northern California to Southern California but sawgrass moving made the process nearly painless. The movers were fast but very careful and always used caution to ensure our possessions weren't damaged or broken. Everything arrived intact, from electronics to furniture, which was very important as we have many things of great sentimental value to me. The movers were professional and polite at all times. We shopped around before selecting a moving company and sawgrass moving had the lowest price I could find. I am very pleased with their service and I would definitely use them again.

This company is a scam! Harassed me for business for months.. Continue to raise prices. My estimate went from 2500 to 4300. They changed the price 3 times. Now when I try to speak to someone, it seems really difficult to. I Sogned a contract with Sawgrass but they blame the carrier for everything. Robert asked us to measure items and even after we did,, they raised the price again when the movers showed up. I Have requested to speak to a manager or even the owner. Nobody seems to be in at 1015 am?! DONT DO BUSINESS WI5H THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF ALL YOUR MONEY!

I have been trying to get answers about my move since the end of May. Every time I call I have to call multiple times and never get calls back from the messages I leave. They set me up with a carrier that was cussing about me on speaker when they called them with me on the line for the last update I got which was weeks ago and the carrier is now not responding at all no one can give me a copy of the bill of lading . I am a single mom moved across the country to start over my entire life was on that truck and no one can tell me where my stuff is or when it's coming they charged me a $1000 more at pick up then Quoted promised to look into it and didn't .ITS JULY AND MY STUFF STILL ISNT HERE AND NO ONE KNOWS WHEN IT IS COMING IF EVER I BASICALLY PAID SAWGRASS AND THE CARRIER $3000 TO ROB ME OF EVERY THING I OWN

I still have not received any calls or emails or even a txt message back even after the company replied to this review! They intentionally ignore when I call , the carrier won't answer me either and it specifically states in my contract that sawgrass will act on my behalf to work out any issues with the carrier I haven't had a single update on my belongings in over a month. And it's been at least 3 weeks if not longer ( probably longer) since I've spoken to ANY ONE at sawgrass and longer then that since I've spoke to the carrier. I will continue to update this review since they robbed me of all my money and belongings so I can't afford a lawyer , know that karma comes around what you did was wrong!!! My entire life is on that truck all of our tools and equipment for my job my 5 year Olds bed books clothes toys his hand made blankets from his grandmother all my babies stuff. All my husband's stuff. Things from our wedding day books my grandfather passed down to me. Things that are WORTHLESS TO YOU AND EVERY THING TO US , and you can't even take my call and try to find out what happened to our things!!!! You should be ashamed!!! Give us our deposit back!! Help me file a claim against the carrier !!! ANY THING DO SOME THING !! And the worse part about it is YOU DONT EVEN CARE ABOUT THE DAMAGE YOU HAVE CAUSED . And just in case we want to say we never missed calls or messages from you Mrs carmer I call bs I'll start adding screenshots of my call logs and txt messages from the carrier and from sawgrass I JUST WANT MY STUFF

End of July 2021, We were given 2 consecutive days of delivery, which we verified several times. We did not hear from them until we called a week later asking for our things. Once delivered, we were missing expensive items and to this day we have not been given a resolution. Lots of calling the company and speaking with Samantha (who we have been told is the only one who can "help" us) and even calling the dispatcher himself which after 1 call is forwarding all my calls to his voicemail. Nothing is being resolved. I am only being told we will reach out to dispatch again. Sad a company would do this. My kids are missing their things, that unfortunately can not be replaced because of the cost. Please listen to the reviews on here! Please

RUN, do not walk away from this company. Never have I felt so "SOLD" to as when this company promised the world and then did not follow through. As a company that arranges the move, contracting with a REAL moving company that owns the trucks, after signing the contract it became clear that they were only interested in their administrative fee and in fact, called a couple of days before the planned move to "go over" the contents they were to pick up and SURPRISE the price was going to go up appreciably. If at that point I had not already paid a $1500 deposit I would have cancelled the contract with them.

The moving truck showed up 2 days early. As you can imagine we were not fully ready for the pick-up but when the driver told us that he could not reschedule for almost a month we made do with sending off the big things that we had ready. When the truck showed up early I sent off a frantic text to Robert (the person who called to go over the pickup articles) cell phone and received no answer. I called his cell phone and left a frantic message. After no answer again I called Staci, the person who "SOLD" us the contract and when she answered and I told her what was going on she put me on hold and then came back telling me Robert was on the phone and would call me back when he was done. I RECEIVED NO CALL BACK AND IN FACT A MONTH LATER HAVE STILL NOT HEARD FROM THEM. My items were thankfully delivered this past Sunday after NO updates to where my items were for almost a month.

AGAIN, I would not wish this company on my worst enemies. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. I ended up getting half of my items moved for an inflated cost and I still have to find another company to move what they had to leave behind. SHAME ON SAWGRASS. YOU ARE THE WORST FORM OF A CONJOB.

Not worth a 1 star rating. This company is extremely unprofessional it's a miracle they are even still an operational business. They don't take an accurate inventory so the movers they book you with WILL price guage you and you'll end up spending way more money than you were quoted not to mention good luck actually getting your things delivered.. will it take 3 days like they tell you or 10 days or more? Movers packed me up on Jube 27th, here it is July 8th and I still can't even get an ETA on where or when I can expect my belongings. Save yourself the trouble and money and go elsewhere or rent a truck and move yourself!

Hands down one of the best moving companies to work with. Moving is such a stressful thing for everyone and they made it smooth sailing. I felt my belongings were safe. They were very respectful and personable. They genuinely care about their customers and their valuable. Not one thing broken, damaged or misplaced throughout my move. They packed it to where not one tv was scratched, no cushions were ripped. No glass was broken. I felt like family, and who can ask for more than that?

We contacted Sawgrass for a move from Southern California to South Carolina. Our original contact was Robert. What a con man. Promised us the world. “I’ll be with you from beginning to end .” Truth- he was with us while selling us the contract but was nowhere to be found from the day our furniture was picked up in California until our furniture arrived in South Carolina. The day that the movers arrived to pick up our furniture the price of the move immediately went up. Tried to call Robert to check on the price and could not get in touch with him. After settling on a price with the driver and customer service rep, Jaime( who was also nowhere to he found 99% of the time) , we tried to get in touch with Robert the following day. Well, he blocked our phone calls. There was no reason for this. Fortunately , the driver who picked up our furniture was helpful and actually kept in touch with us until our furniture was delivered . But the driver had nothing to do withSawgrass-they we’re contracted out. When the movers were bringing in our furniture, they even told us about dishonest these “moving” companies are and how they are breeding grounds for con men like Robert . Take my advice - run away from Sawgrass!!

Do not use this company. Absolutely lied about every aspect of move and took over 1700.00 without moveing a single item conducted and after a verbal )over phone) refund guarantee do to fraud.

I never complain but this company is an absolute joke. First’ never stated they are a “broker” and subcontract all moves. Second, stated to leave everything in place and will wrap and pack for u.

Out of niceness,I packed everything anyways and already had it in garage for easy loading (except for a few large items).

Subcontractor shows up and states kayaks and fish tank required additional charges(over300.00) Even though, they were already allocated on original bill.

Company used a software quote which ended up being 4500.00 different than the actual movers at the house quoted. Went from 6k to over 10k and stated that if they put items on truck, we would have to pay.

I Immediately called Sawgrass who stated over contractors speaker phone they were going to refund money.

After hanging up subcontractor explained Sawgrass is a broker and it would be 5k. Through them.

Needless to say, I told them not to touch my stuff and leave..

Lady at Sawgrass informed us they would refund money and I placed a call to Chase Bank to reverse chargesonC:C (do to fraud).

No way I was trusting them with my stuff.

Thought all was over until charges were placed back on credit card one month later. Credit card company stated Sawgrass said we did not request in writing refund. Called Sawgrass several times to only be blown off and told they would not produce the recoded calls, showing they verbally agreed to refund.

Even told them to keep the first 500 and just reverse the other 1200 transaction.

Company is a scam. Great salesman but did not deliver any of there obligations.

Trust me, do not use.. Absolutely, horrible way to treat a disabled veteran and retired law enforcement officer.

Ended up doing the move myself and still out original 1700.00.

Save yourself the grief, don’t fall for there 20 year moving pitch. They just subcontract the work to others and don’t care about the moving process..

We used Sawgrass Moving last month for our local move (we were only moving a few towns over). The best surprise was there was not a surprise. The movers arrived as expected, there were no additional charges, nothing arrived in poor condition and everyone we spoke to was professional. In conclusion, you cannot go wrong with this company. From start to finish, they are professional and excellent at what they do! We know that there was little room for anything to go wrong since this was a small and short move, but we are really grateful that it didn't. We would certainly recommend Sawgrass Moving!

Sawgrass Moving movers are very polite and friendly. It was a huge relief knowing that my move was safe with them. They had everything under control all along and it’s hard to explain, but I was confident that they were the right choice from the first time we spoke via phone. They had my family moved in less than 4 hours and at this point I cannot say enough good things about them. Given all the stress associated with the preparation, they managed to put my mind at ease. I will be recommending them to everyone I know!!
